La Senza in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Director of Store Operations to lead North America retail operations, including budgeting, asset protection, communications, and field execution. This hands-on role drives strategy and day-to-day performance across multiple stores and channels.

The ideal candidate builds scalable processes, rolls up sleeves for tactical deliverables, and partners with leadership to drive growth, profitability, and customer experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operational experience, including field leadership.
• Strong retail financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across all levels of the business and lead large cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi-year strategy with implementation plan to achieve business objectives & financial KPIs.
• Manage budgets and expenses including store labor, procurement, store occupancy.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Ops policies, processes, and procedures.
• Lead operational functions including communications, field execution and workforce management.
• Oversee markdowns, transfers, seasonal sales, and physical inventory.
• Oversee Omni-Channel capability, performance metrics, processes and reporting.
