Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology project management.
• 6+ years leading technology project management teams.
• Experience delivering technology transformation projects.
• Experience managing complex technology programs across multiple projects.
• Strong retail experience.
• Experience managing external/offshore vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and measurement of transformation projects.
• Produce dashboards and reports for CIO and leaders.
• Communicate governance updates monthly and quarterly.
• Lead portfolio planning and budgeting with technology leadership.
• Promote agile and modern ways of working.
• Coach PMO team on best practices.
