Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and close new and existing business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction. Required: A transferable book of Direct-Hire (retained/contingency)
2. Staffing for Client Base: Oversee recruiting efforts to connect top talent with client needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
3. Leadership: Coach and manage the team to achieve success in business development and staffing.

Compensation:

• W-2 salary (varies with experience) plus tiered uncapped commissions.
• Yearly On-Target Earnings up to $200,000.
