PACS Group's Mountain View Post Acute is seeking an Infection Control & Staff Development Coordinator – LPN/RN. The role leads infection prevention and control, coordinates education, and supports compliance with CDC/OSHA and state standards.

You will partner with the Director of Nursing and department leaders to educate staff, monitor hygiene practices, participate in surveys, and promote a culture of safety across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating infection prevention and staff education.
• Knowledge of CDC/OSHA guidelines and state regulations.
• Current LPN or RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead infection prevention and control program and monitor compliance.
• Develop and maintain staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Provide clinical support and assist with regulatory compliance.
