Zusammenfassung

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Fremont, CA is seeking a Director of Staff Development (DSD) to lead staff education and ensure high-quality caregiving across the facility. You will shape curricula, coordinate ongoing education, and collaborate with leadership to raise care standards.

You will design and implement orientation and ongoing training, monitor nursing staff performance, oversee infection prevention, and drive programs to meet state and federal guidelines while promoting

Qualifikationen

Must have at least 2 years’ experience providing direct care to multiple residents
Nursing degree from an accredited college or graduation from an approved LPN/LVN program
Current, unencumbered license to practice as LPN/LVN in the state
Knowledge of adult learning or prior training experience
Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
