Qualifications

• Active California LVN license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee staff education and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for staff training.
• Provide ongoing education in infection control, safety, and best nursing practices.
• Support new hires with orientation and onboarding programs.
• Monitor and maintain employee training records and certifications.
• Work closely with nursing leadership to enhance quality of care and professional development.
