Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a dedicated special education teacher to support K-12 students with diverse needs in in-district classrooms or standalone settings.

You will craft individualized lesson plans, apply SESI’s PBIS framework, and maintain essential student records. Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI's instructional models, strategies, and curricula to teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies, including de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and physical restraint when necessary to maintain safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk evaluation forms.
• Drive, record, and track student growth and progress toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students, including to and from locations within the school.
