THE·TEAM in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Director, Solutions Group to lead a cross-functional team across sales, engineering, and operations in delivering profitable, high-quality solutions for complex projects.

You will drive collaboration between Sales Engineers, Estimators, Draftsmen, and Project Management, oversee training, and implement process improvements while aligning with client expectations and company goals. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in project management within large-format print, custom fabrication, live event production, and signage.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of fabrication, large-format print production, and installation methods.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, estimates, and proposal packages.
• Strong budgeting and resource planning experience.

Mansioni

• Direct oversight of Solutions Group team members and performance reviews.
• Mentor and develop team to increase efficiency and reduce rework.
• Develop training programs on estimating practices and solution development.
• Establish a knowledge transfer framework to improve consistency and quality.
• Submit regular dashboards on KPIs like turnaround times and rework rates.
• Ensure SOPs, checklists, and onboarding materials are embedded into practices.
