Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Director of Solutions Group to lead a cross-functional team spanning sales engineers, estimators, draftsmen and operations. You will architect profitable solutions, drive onboarding, training and continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality proposals, estimates and documentation across projects and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management for large-format print, fabrication or live events.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with fabrication, print production, and installation.
• Experience reviewing drawings, estimates and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of Solutions Group team members and mentor staff.
• Own development and delivery of training programs on estimating practices.
• Maintain SOPs, checklists and onboarding materials for consistency.
• Coordinate cross-functional kickoff and alignment for projects and events.
• Submit regular dashboard updates on KPIs like turnaround times and rework.
• Collaborate with Contracts Manager to ensure contractual alignment.
