Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational and construction strategies, business plans, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations across design studio, supply chain, production, quality control, and logistics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on performance goals and growth initiatives.
• Establish project scope, plans, milestones, and resource requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress via reviews and site visits; resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints.
• Oversee contract administration and performance against terms and milestones.
