Qualifications

• Experience governing compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology vision for Securities Lending, aligning with business and regulatory goals.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate challenges into actionable technical strategies.
• Oversee design and delivery of low-latency, cloud-native platforms using modern tech.
• Architect and enforce controls for cash, collateral, and stock transactions across jurisdictions.
• Champion engineering best practices, modernization, and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with product, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Lead adoption and integration of AWS cloud technologies for scalable, resilient solutions.
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders across the organization.
• Govern coding standards, cost of ownership, and operational metrics.
