Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
- Experience leading multiple delivery streams and engineering managers.
- Knowledge of AI in the SDLC and enterprise platform governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Software Development Managers across multiple teams and delivery outcomes.
- Oversee planning cadence, dependencies, risks, and reporting across teams.
- Establish platform ownership models and monitor technical debt and roadmaps.
- Drive AI adoption in the SDLC and ensure governance and security guardrails.
