Insight Global is seeking a Director of Software Engineering in Pittsburgh to lead the development and delivery of strategic software platforms for healthcare operations and patient access initiatives. You will oversee engineering execution, drive architectural direction, and build high-performing teams focused on delivering measurable value.

Work closely with Product Management, Architecture, and executive leadership to shape product strategy, influence technical decisions, and guide

Competenze

Proven experience leading software engineering teams for enterprise-scale applications.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures.

Mansioni

Lead, mentor, and grow software engineering teams through coaching and career development.
Provide technical leadership in architecture reviews, system design discussions, and major engineering decisions.
Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to define priorities and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Establish and maintain engineering standards, development practices, and operational processes for scalability, reliability, and security.
Drive initiatives to improve software quality, productivity, and delivery predictability.
Develop and monitor engineering and operational metrics to assess platform health and team performance.
