Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, guide and direct all development, QA and application security on our SaaS platform.
• Mentor teams and drive AI-assisted SDLC, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Partner with Product to prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Reduce technical debt, increase code quality and test coverage across the lifecycle.
• Hire, nurture and retain top technical talent and ensure policy compliance.
