Job summary

SoftPro, a division of Fidelity National Financial, seeks a Director of Software Engineering in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid role leads engineering and QA for our SaaS platform, mentoring teams and delivering enterprise software in financial services.

You will guide the SDLC, drive AI-driven processes, manage budgets and collaborate with Product to balance scope, quality and timelines. CTO reports; strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multiple development and QA teams.
• 10+ years developing software on the .NET platform.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering; master’s preferred.
• Experience in financial services domain is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, guide and direct development, QA and security for our SaaS platform.
• Mentor engineers and lead organizational change.
• Collaborate with Product and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Drive outcomes with AI-assisted SDLC.
• Hire, grow and retain top technical talent.
• Ensure adherence to policies and best practices.
