Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering (Contact Center Technologies) to guide strategic direction and technical leadership for enterprise communication platforms including Genesys Cloud and Microsoft Teams Phone.

You will lead engineers responsible for implementation, administration, and modernization of these services, partnering with Architecture, Cyber Security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions that support our exceptional owner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in software engineering leadership.
• Experience with enterprise telecom and contact center platforms.
• Experience leading teams for mission-critical voice and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage telecom and collaboration technical resources.
• Coach and mentor engineers and team members.
• Ensure team skills and readiness for Genesys Cloud, Teams Phone, and related tech.
• Lead strategic roadmaps for voice, contact center, messaging, and telecom platforms.
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to deliver outcomes.
• Provide technical direction for platform architecture, call routing, and resiliency.
• Prioritize business value, security, and platform modernization.
• Maintain service availability, performance, and scalability.
• Lead complex implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Support 24x7 mission-critical services and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead during incidents, escalations, vendor issues, and root-cause analyses.
• Establish monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery practices.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Architecture on policies and standards.
• Manage carrier, vendor, licensing, contracts, and services relationships.
• Identify automation and tooling improvements to boost efficiency.
• Develop and communicate service metrics and strategic recommendations.
