Job summary

NetJets Services, Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead enterprise workflow, ITSM automation, and operational platforms across NetJets. You will shape architecture, governance, integration, and roadmaps enabling scalable, secure business operations.

The role partners with business stakeholders, cybersecurity, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to align platform capabilities with long-term objectives and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Deep expertise in ITSM frameworks and ITIL practices with enterprise process optimization experience.
• Extensive experience architecting CMDB solutions with service mapping and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and architecture to define technical direction for ITSM applications.
• Drive stabilization, resiliency, and code hygiene in the supported domain.
• Mentor Associate to Lead software engineers and promote best practices.
• Ensure resiliency, security, and data protection with robust engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable architectures.
• Serve as enterprise SME for ITSM processes and platform capabilities.
• Lead governance and continuous improvement of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Asset, Configuration).
• Establish CMDB strategy, data models, lifecycle processes, and data quality controls.
• Define enterprise standards for service asset and configuration management (CI, service mapping, dependencies).
• Partner with infra, cloud, cybersecurity, apps, and ops teams for a holistic service model.
• Lead architecture for service discovery, dependency mapping, observability, and service health.
