Responsibilities

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives
• Accountable for decisions influencing resources, budgets, operations, and processes
• Sets direction for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation to drive improvements in speed, quality, and outcomes
• Applies knowledge of SDLC toolchains and AI-assisted development to improve automation value
• Establishes reliability engineering practices including SLO/SLI, error budgets, and capacity planning
• Establishes observability standards (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting) for incident reduction
• Drives end-to-end engineering decisions across platforms, data flows, and dependent systems
• Influences senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams
