Job summary

Jobot, a fast-growing Series B SaaS startup in Menlo Park, CA, is seeking an engineering leader to drive CI/CD, DevOps, and security-focused initiatives. This senior role reports to executive leadership and aims to scale an enterprise-grade platform.

You will lead a seasoned team with 5+ years in engineering leadership, preferably from a security SaaS background, and shape architecture, AI readiness, and threat models for next-generation products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering leadership as Sr. Manager or Director.
• CI/CD and DevOps leadership experience is a must.
• Ideally coming from a security SaaS company.
• AI-enabled and up to date on current models and threats in AI models.
• Startup/ VC-backed experience preferred.

Job Details
