Beast Industries in New York seeks a Director of Social Media, X, to own our presence on the platform end to end, with Threads aligned in the same seat. This role reports to the Head of Social Content and works with video, editorial, and talent teams to keep publishing fast and on brand.

You will write bold short-form copy, brief editors, select clips, and manage real-time engagement, helping the MrBeast brand reach millions with timely, trend-aware content.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years leading social media with X as the primary platform.
• Experience managing 1M+ follower accounts preferred.
• Ability to create concise, distinctive copy and proven post performance.
• Experience with real-time coverage during events, launches, or premieres.

Responsabilités

• Own the publishing calendar end to end, write and ship daily posts.
• Watch videos, select clips, brief editors on cutdowns and captions.
• Adapt content for Threads and its distinct audience.
• Run real-time engagement: replies and trend moments same-day.
• Grow reach beyond our accounts through the platform ecosystem.
• Craft branded content that performs like organic content.
• Collaborate with talent, brand, and communications teams.
• Coordinate with YouTube/TikTok/Instagram to hit launches together.
• Monitor sentiment, amplify positives, flag issues.
• Track performance daily and translate data into reports.
