Job summary

Beast Industries, a MrBeast-branded media and entertainment company, is seeking a Creative Director to lead Viral Marketing initiatives. You will translate business objectives into bold creative concepts, steer scripts, treatments, and direction, and partner with production, growth/analytics, partnerships, product, brand, and creators to earn organic attention.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative leadership, advertising, entertainment, or high-velocity creative environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking and work that generated meaningful audience attention.
• Ability to translate business objectives into simple, powerful creative ideas.
• Strong understanding of internet-native entertainment, social platforms, creators, and audience behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development for Viral Marketing initiatives from brief to approved concept and execution.
• Translate business goals and audience insights into clear, compelling ideas.
• Develop concepts across social content, creator collaborations, launches, stunts, experiential activations, and emerging formats.
• Write and oversee scripts, treatments, concepts, and presentations.
• Lead brainstorms and working sessions to generate a high volume of executable ideas.
• Direct and mentor writers, art directors, designers, freelancers, agencies, and other contributors.
• Collaborate with Production to make ambitious ideas executable while protecting the core proposition.
• Work with Growth/Analytics to apply learnings to future creative development.
• Partner with Partnerships to identify brands, platforms, creators, and opportunities.
• Develop ideas for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Evaluate concepts and decide which should advance or stop.
• Present creative work to senior leadership with clear rationale.
• Review performance post-launch to inform future work.
• Identify emerging creators, formats, and technologies for new opportunities.
