Beast Industries is hiring a Creative Lead X to own our presence on the platform end to end, with Threads integration. This role reports to the Head of Social Content, and collaborates with video, editorial, and talent teams to grow one of the platform’s most-followed accounts and shape the brand's real-time voice.

Based preferably in Greenville, NC, remote applicants in the US who can travel frequently will be considered.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years running social media with X/Twitter as primary platform.
• 2+ years as the named owner of a large account (1M+ followers).
• Experience in real-time coverage: game days, premieres, launches, or breaking moments.
• Strong short-form copywriting in a distinctive voice with trackable posts.

Responsibilities

• Own the publishing calendar end to end: write, package, and ship daily posts.
• Watch videos and brief editors on cutdowns and captions.
• Adapt content for Threads and its audience.
• Run real-time engagement and react to trends same-day.
