Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or 5+ years of related experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in database software (Access) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the servicing department, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and addressing concerns/complaints.
• Develop and implement servicing strategies to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and analyze servicing metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee client accounts servicing activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare and present regular reports to VP of Servicing on performance and strategy.
