ClickHouse is seeking a Director of Product Management to own security product strategy end to end, defining vision, roadmap, and multi‑year investment strategy for security offerings. You will collaborate deeply with engineering on database security, networking, and IAM while guiding PMs across the org.

You will represent the security posture externally to customers, analysts, and partners, balancing business value with risk and engineering cost in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management for B2B SaaS with security focus.
• Hands-on database security knowledge and best practices.
• Strong networking security understanding.
• In-depth IAM knowledge.
• Security certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent programs.
• Experience representing products externally to customers/analysts.
• Mentors other PMs and communicates well.
• Ability to shape security topics for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for security offerings.
• Dive deep on database, networking, IAM security.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship secure products.
• Translate complex security requirements into specs and user stories.
• Own backlog prioritization with value, risk, and cost trade-offs.
• Lead go-to-market for security launches and enablement.
• Use data to guide what to build next.
• Be the security SME for other teams; mentor PMs.
