Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Director of Product Management for ClickHouse Cloud to define the multi-year strategy and lead cloud-native capabilities including multi-region replication, distributed query execution, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, storage architecture, and release management.

You will partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize investments, coach Product Managers, and collaborate with Design, Sales, Marketing, Support to deliver strong product launches and exceptional

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, with cloud infra, enterprise SaaS or database products.
• Ability to influence product direction across engineering teams and drive large cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native data infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, executives, customers, and external audiences.
• Experience discussing schema management, replication, and DR with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud.
• Lead product direction for replication, disaster recovery, storage, and release management.
• Partner with Engineering to prioritize investments across core engine and storage.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers across platform areas.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, Marketing, Support to deliver launches and customer experiences.
• Balance long-term platform investments with near-term customer commitments and business priorities.
