Job summary

ClickHouse, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to define the long-term strategy for ClickHouse Cloud.

You will lead the product direction for cloud capabilities, including multi-region replication and disaster recovery, while working with Engineering leadership to scale the platform for enterprise customers. You will coach product managers, prioritize across engine, storage, and query execution, and collaborate with Design, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to launch

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience defining strategy for cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or database products.
• Ability to influence product direction across multiple engineering teams and drive large cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and modern data infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, executives, and customers.
• Experience shipping complex infrastructure capabilities like replication, disaster recovery, or storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize investments across core engine, storage, and query execution.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, Marketing, Support to deliver compelling launches.
• Balance long-term platform investments with near-term commitments and business priorities.
• Represent ClickHouse with strategic customers and industry events.
