Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a Director of Security and Compliance to lead the Security vertical within the Information Technology team at our Granite City, IL headquarters.

The role requires 8–12+ years of progressive enterprise security leadership and a track record of building a security program from inception to a formal vertical. The Director will own the security roadmap, budgets, and controls, partner with Legal & Risk on AI governance, and mentor a growing team of security professionals

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in enterprise security or technology leadership.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and building a security function.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity operations, IAM, EDR/XDR, network and cloud security.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise security strategy and multi-year roadmap; manage annual budget.
• Oversee enterprise cybersecurity operations—monitoring, detection, response, and recovery; lead incident response.
• Direct vulnerability management, endpoint protection, identity security, email security, backup resilience, cloud security.
• Own IAM policy across Microsoft 365/Azure AD and Google Cloud; support AI governance policy enforcement.
• Conduct enterprise security risk assessments and lead third-party/vendor security reviews.
