Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a Director of Security and Compliance to lead the Information Technology security program at its Granite City, IL headquarters. The role requires 8–12+ years of progressive security or technology leadership experience, including prior director-level responsibilities.

You will own enterprise security strategy, budgets, IAM, cloud and on-prem controls, and coordinate with the VP of IT and Chief Architect while building a strong Security vertical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise security or technology leadership.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and building security programs.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, EDR/XDR, cloud and network security, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise security strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Own security architecture, controls mapping, and policy enforcement across cloud/on-prem environments.
• Lead security awareness, training, and third-party/security reviews.
• Manage security budget and technology investments.
