Job summary

Lyten, Inc. is seeking a Director of Security to own IT and OT security across multi-site manufacturing. You will establish a Security Operations Center (SOC), drive governance, risk and compliance including CMMC, SOC 2 and ITAR readiness, and lead a future security team with an AI-driven SOC.

The role requires leading security in a high-growth hardware environment with the opportunity to shape a multi-year security roadmap and policy program.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's or Bachelor's in a related field with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on Security Operations, incident response, and GRC experience.
• Experience securing OT / manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with CMMC, SOC 2, ITAR / export control.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Operations / SOC across IT and OT environments.
• Oversee IAM, MFA and PAM to enforce least-privilege access.
• Define AI / model security and IP / DLP guardrails.
