Lyten is seeking a Director of Security to lead Security Operations, GRC, and OT security across a multi-site manufacturing enterprise. You will build and scale an AI-assisted SOC and protect Lyten's IP.

You will define the security roadmap, oversee IAM, MFA, PAM, and data loss prevention, and partner with partners to ensure compliance with CMMC, SOC 2, and ITAR requirements while growing a dedicated security team.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate or Master’s with leadership experience in security.
• Hands‑on Security Operations, incident response, and GRC experience.
• Experience securing OT/manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with CMMC, SOC 2, ITAR/export controls.
• Ability to scale a program from foundation to full team.

Aufgaben

• Establish and run Security Operations / SOC with IAM staff and partners.
• Select and operate SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management tooling.
• Define AI-assisted SOC capability to improve detection and productivity.
• Secure MES/SCADA networks and apply ISO/IEC 62443 zoning and segmentation.
• Own GRC program including CMMC, SOC 2, ITAR, and compliance audits.
• Define IP/data protection guardrails for AI adoption.
• Build multi-year security roadmap and grow the security team.
