• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or business management; law degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in securities/finance with securities law exposure.
• Minimum 3 years' management experience in a large department or division.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Secretary of State and General Counsel to shape policy for the Securities Division.
• Oversee budget preparation in coordination with the Budget Department and participate in hiring processes.
• Direct enforcement attorneys in investigations and prosecutions of securities law violations.
