The State of Illinois Department of Insurance seeks a Chief Deputy Director of Product Lines to oversee divisions including Innovation, Market Conduct, Enforcement/Investigations, and product lines across property and casualty, life and annuities, and health insurance. This senior manager will act with full authority of the Director and supervise staff.

Competenze

• Four years of college with courses in insurance, accounting, business administration, and finance.
• Four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in the insurance industry
• Extensive knowledge of insurance products and compliance requirements
• Thorough knowledge of Illinois Insurance Code and federal insurance regulations
• Experience managing staff to achieve organizational objectives
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, implement, and manage major agency programs
