BASIS Goodyear is seeking a Director of Operations to join our bright, passionate team in Goodyear, AZ. The role supports the Head of Operations by guiding vendor selection, facilities management, payroll coordination with the central office, and implementation of operational policies to ensure compliance and safety across the campus.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, program oversight, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar.
• Certifications: Finger print clearance card or state background check.
• Experience: financial, facilities management and HR-related functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Operations with creating a strategic plan for non-academic programs and execute it.
• Help manage extracurricular programs for staffing and facility needs.
• Improve operational systems, processes, and policies.
• Maintain documentation of policies and procedures.
• Coordinate payroll with central office and school-based finance team.
• Oversee the physical operation of the school including security and IT.
