Job summary

BASIS Goodyear is seeking a Director of Operations to support daily school operations, vendor management, purchasing, accounting, and technology oversight. The role reports to the Head of Operations and drives essential internal processes and policy implementation.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance, plus relevant financial, facilities, and HR experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Finance or similar.
• Financial, facilities management and HR-related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Operations with creating a strategic plan for non-academic programs and help lead its execution.
• Manage extracurricular programs for staffing and facility needs.
• Improve operational systems, processes, and policies and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate payroll with central office and school finance team.
• Oversee school facilities, security and IT, and maintain asset records.
