Qualifications

• 5 years experience in a school-based role within K-12 education.
• Master's Degree in related field required.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Georgia Educator's Certificate in Educational Leadership and/or Support Personnel License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between schools and district divisions on operational matters, ensuring coordinated support and alignment of district systems with school needs.
• Lead districtwide efforts to strengthen master scheduling practices that maximize instructional time and align staffing, facilities, and resources with priorities.
• Provide school leaders with foundational knowledge and best practices to develop effective master schedules aligned with instructional goals.
• Collaborate with divisions to analyze school master schedules for instructional programming, staff placement, and facility use; identify improvements.
• Strengthen student data collection, data integrity, and reporting processes to support planning and compliance.
• Support consistent implementation of district grading practices through robust operational systems and data processes.
• Assist in maintaining SIS functionality, data integrity, and reporting for scheduling and grading.
