Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Georgia Educator's Certificate in Educational Leadership and/or Support Personnel License required or eligible.
• 5 years of school-based experience in K-12 education required.
• Experience leading technology-based educational initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of districtwide school operations and practices.
• Serve as liaison between schools and district divisions on operational matters.
• Lead districtwide efforts to strengthen master scheduling practices that maximize instructional time and equitable access.
• Provide school leaders with ongoing knowledge to develop effective master schedules aligned with goals.
• Collaborate to analyze school master schedules for instructional programming and access; identify improvements.
• Strengthen student data collection and reporting processes to support planning and compliance.
• Support SIS implementation, data integrity, and operational support for scheduling and grading.
• Analyze districtwide data to identify challenges and monitor improvements in operations and access.
• Support local schools in coordinating summer school plans and annual operational processes.
• Maintain district administration contacts and photo databases.
• Coordinate and support SWSS and Cognia accreditation activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
