Qualifications

• 3 years teaching experience; preferably at the same level as the admin role to be held.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership.
• Oversee school climate and communicate clear objectives.
• Execute human resource administration functions; mentor teachers and support staff.
• Oversee the teacher evaluation process and document performance.
• Participate in organizational management planning; manage safety, daily operations and technology resources.
• Oversee communication and community relations with teachers, students, parents and the broader community.
• Exhibit professionalism and ethical standards; pursue professional development.
• Influence student achievement by supporting teaching quality and data-driven decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
