Job summary

Child Development Schools, Inc. is seeking a School Director to own the overall performance of the school, lead and develop people, drive enrollment growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will act as the general manager and community leader of the school.

You will be responsible for P&L, operations, safety, and program execution while building a high-performing team and strong community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, revenue, enrollment, labor, expenses, and KPIs.
• Use data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead enrollment, occupancy, retention, and local growth strategies.
• Partner with Marketing and community orgs to increase awareness and demand.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Establish clear expectations, priorities, and accountability.
• Build an engaged culture and develop future leaders.

While this is an education environment, you do not need to come from early childhood education to be successful.

What You'll Own
