Qualifications

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Own and optimize school P&L, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Drive enrollment growth and occupancy through targeted strategies.
• Build trust and exceptional experiences for families and the local community.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, revenue, enrollment, labor, expenses, and KPIs.
• Lead enrollment, occupancy, retention, and local growth strategies.
• Partner with Marketing and community organizations to increase awareness.
• Ensure safe, compliant school operations and quality program execution.
