You may come from early childhood education or other customer-focused industries; leadership in Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, or similar sectors is welcome.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in operations, general management, customer experience, business management, or related field.
• Experience leading teams with accountability for business and operational results.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, revenue, enrollment, labor, expenses, and KPIs.
• Use data to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvement.
• Lead enrollment, occupancy, retention, and local growth strategies.
• Partner with Marketing and community organizations to increase awareness and demand.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Establish clear expectations, priorities, and accountability.
• Build an engaged culture and develop future leaders.
