• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, facilities and custodial services district-wide.
• Manage budgets for maintenance and operations.
• Coordinate with administrators on building operations and renovations.
• Monitor energy use and safety systems; ensure compliance with policies.
