Job summary

Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent of Business and Operations, the role oversees budgets, planning, vendor contracts, and emergency response, requiring a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of supervisory experience. This position is full-time, year-round, and on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five+ years supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, HVACR, and related systems.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, facilities, and custodial operations district-wide.
• Manage budgets, planning, and contract oversight for facilities.
• Coordinate safety, energy conservation, and emergency response.
• Interact with district administrators, staff, and the school community.
