NECCO is seeking a Program Director of School Based Services in Cincinnati to oversee day-to-day operations of our school-based behavioral and mental health team, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes while keeping the program financially healthy.

The role partners with schools, leads staff supervision, drives growth, data-driven planning, and ensures compliance with state and agency requirements. Requires LISW/LPCC/MFTS license in Ohio and strong leadership.

Qualificações

• Minimum of five years of total experience in mental health treatment.
• Three years’ experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides supervision, oversight, and support for the service program staff.
• Develops and maintains partnerships with schools.
• Promotes data-driven initiatives to improve outcomes and scorecard results.
• Coordinates with hospitals for assessments/referrals when needed.
• Manages productivity standards and caseload expectations.
• Performs billing and/or clinical supervision as needed.
• Prepares performance scorecards and communicates expectations to supervisees.
• Assigns mentors and enforces Necco corporate culture.
