Job summary

Cincinnati Children's is seeking a Behavioral Services professional to deliver Therapeutic Behavioral Services in the home, school, and community settings. You will work with children and adolescents under an individualized treatment plan, coordinating care with families and an interdisciplinary team.

The role includes behavioral assessment, intervention, and documentation in Epic EMR, with day shift hours and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• May require clinical license, certification or training.
• Preferred qualifications: Clinical documentation skills, Care coordination and resource linkage, Behavioral health intervention skills, Assessment and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to an assigned caseload in home, school and community settings.
• Participate in regular team planning and assist in training families and staff.
• Implement behavioral assessment protocols and interventions as designed by psychology staff.
• Document accurately in the Epic EMR according to state requirements and standards.
