Job summary

Necco is seeking a Program Director of School Based Services to lead day-to-day operations of the school-based behavioral and mental health team, ensuring high-quality care and financial health of the program. The role collaborates with schools and provides in-home services to youth Pre-K through 12th grade, across the school year and breaks.

Qualifications

• LISW, LPCC, or MFTS (Ohio) required.
• At least 5 years of total experience in mental health treatment (KY only).
• Minimum of three years’ experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families.
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills.
• Excellent Organizational Skills and Self Motivated.
• Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License and 100/300/100 Auto Insurance required.
• Travel/Training willingness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service program staff and develop partnerships with schools.
• Promote data-driven initiatives to improve outcomes and Balanced Scorecard results.
• Coordinate with local hospitals for assessments and referrals when needed.
• Oversee productivity standards and caseload expectations for clinical staff.
• Oversee billing and clinical supervision and establish performance scorecards.
