Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years leading a revenue-generating business with a sizable staff and a budget >$10M
• Ability to substitute education with equivalent experience per JHU policy

Responsibilities

• Articulate and execute a forward-looking strategy for the Press.
• Oversee long-term financial planning and diversified revenue streams.
• Grow revenues across books, journals, Project MUSE and fulfillment services.
• Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing staff and foster an inclusive culture.
• Represent the Press in university and external scholarly publishing settings.
