Job summary

NOOTER Chicago is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial projects, partnering with PMs, field operations, and leadership. You will drive schedule accuracy and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, strong CPM understanding, and the ability to analyze complex schedules are essential. This employee-owned company offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling or related functions.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience developing and updating baseline schedules.
• Experience collaborating with project teams and field supervision.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling principles.
• Ability to interpret project docs, drawings, and specs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial projects.
• Analyze schedule performance, track milestones and critical path.
• Gather progress updates and incorporate changes into forecasts.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management and clients.
• Use Primavera P6 to ensure schedule integrity and recovery planning.
