Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive enterprise IT experience with Salesforce ecosystems.
• 7+ years of global, cross-functional team leadership.
• Proven track record delivering Salesforce CRM and marketing platform programs.
• Strong executive communication and ability to align technology with revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into a rolling multi-year CRM strategy and roadmap.
• Lead delivery governance across CRM, CPQ, pricing, and analytics.
• Partner with Global Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive pipeline growth.
• Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance across regions.
• Manage external partners and SaaS vendors with accountability for scope and cost.
