Our mission is to build long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, and on-premise accounts to drive profitable growth and brand visibility.
As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Sales, West to lead and execute our sales efforts across the western U.S.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Drive Market Expansion & Sales Growth
• Expand CNI Brands' footprint west of the Mississippi by identifying and executing new account opportunities (on- premise & off-premise).
• Implement a data-driven, profitable sales strategy, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
• Partner with regional market managers and brand ambassadors to ensure execution of sales goals.
Lead Distributor & Key Account Relationships
• Manage distributor partnerships, holding them accountable for sales execution, pricing strategy, inventory management, and goal attainment.
• Strengthen existing top account relationships while securing new high-value customers.
• Ensure effective off-premise sales strategies, including retail activations and category management.
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Deliver accurate sales forecasting and collaborate with finance on revenue projections.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to execute promotions, activations, and product launches.
• Stay ahead of competitive trends, pricing, and category insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Represent CNI at trade events, distributor trainings, and key account meetings to drive brand awareness.
Who Are You (Qualifications & Experience)
7+ years of sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry (spirits preferred).
Proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion in a multi-state territory.
Strong experience managing and negotiating with distributors and key accounts.
Expertise in on-premise and off-premise sales strategies.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze sales trends and market insights.
Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within the western U.S. (up to 50% travel required).
