Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indiana seeks a Director of Sales Training to lead the development and execution of innovative training programs across Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams. You will design comprehensive onboarding and ongoing professional development, ensuring staff have the knowledge and tools to build relationships and drive referrals.

The role requires travel between communities and a track record in long-term care sales, marketing, or training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare related field preferred.
• Must be able to travel between communities.
• Minimum of one year of long-term care or assisted living experience sales, marketing and/or training required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of innovative sales training programs across the organization.
• Design and implement onboarding and ongoing professional development programs for Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and Sales to drive growth.
